Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance/Accounting/ Economics/Business or related field (15+ yrs FP&A exp preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive FP&A and executive leadership experience.
• Experience leading global FP&A in high-growth software/SaaS or PE-backed businesses.
• Proven ability partnering with executive teams, boards, and external partners.
• Experience with AI, automation, and modern analytics in finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global FP&A organization including forecasting, planning, reporting, and analytics.
• Partner with executive teams to set targets, monitor performance, and drive value creation.
• Own enterprise-wide rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario modeling.
• Drive modernization of finance processes, data governance, and self‑service analytics.
• Present insights to Board and senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
