AIR Communities is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A in Denver to lead enterprise FP&A for Corporate G&A and compensation. You will own forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements and data-driven decisions.

The role requires deep financial modeling, executive communication, and collaboration with HR, IT, and external partners. In-office 5 days a week in Denver, CO with a focus on compensation planning and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, incl. 5+ years in compensation planning
• Private equity experience preferred
• Proven success building and leading FP&A teams
• Ability to handle highly sensitive data with discretion
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex insights
• Advanced analytical/technical skills in finance fundamentals
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CFA, CPA, or CMA preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise FP&A for Corporate G&A and compensation, delivering decision-ready insights
• Own G&A forecasting, planning, and variance analysis with stakeholders
• Drive compensation planning and modeling across corporate and property management
• Manage annual budget and reforecast processes across departments
• Provide property and fund level reporting and analysis
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance Systems on FP&A tools and automation
• Design and implement scalable FP&A processes for efficiency
