Job summary

Save The Bay is seeking a senior Director of Foundation & Corporate Relations to own the institutional giving strategy and manage both foundation grants and corporate partnerships. The role reports to the Chief Advancement Officer and supervises the Corporate Partnerships Manager, with a growth trajectory toward expanding annual revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in foundation and corporate fundraising.
• Proven ability to set revenue goals and grow portfolios.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and leadership.
• Experience with corporate sponsorships and cause marketing.
• Proficient with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Must reside in California/Bay Area with ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an institutional revenue portfolio across foundations and corporate grants.
• Provide strategic direction for corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
• Lead fundraising strategy, proposals, reports, and stewardship.
• Supervise the Corporate Partnerships Manager.
• Collaborate with programs, communications, and finance.
• Track revenue, reporting, and budget projections.
• Engage leadership and board in cultivation.
