The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of people management experience and a strong track record in automation and data systems. Compensation ranges from $128,000 to $260,500 USD, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of people management experience leading geographically distributed teams.
• Proven track record of developing automation frameworks and testing strategies.
• Deep experience with data systems and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ engineers.
• Define quality strategies and measurable paths to achieve technical standards.
• Provide technical guidance in designing automation frameworks and testing strategies.
