Qualifications

Bachelor-level engineering degree(s) required or equivalent.
PE license preferred but not required; different engineering disciplines considered.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of electrical and automation engineers through the full project life cycle from conception to start-up.
Define complex system integration solutions, assign teams, monitor progress, and manage schedules.
Develop projects for clients with focus on efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Mentor staff, recruit, and develop training objectives for the team.
Travel for project requirements including installation, start-up, and client meetings.
