Job summary

Piedmont Driving Club, a Platinum Club of America, is seeking a Food & Beverage Director for its Main Clubhouse in Atlanta. The role focuses on elevating service standards through staff training and accountability to deliver an exceptional member experience.

You will lead a team across F&B operations, implement rigorous standards, manage budget and guest satisfaction, and shape a culture of engagement during club events and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive F&B leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls.
• Extensive knowledge of food, wine, spirits, cocktails, and elevated service.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during Club events.

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience.
• Proven success leading multi-outlet food and beverage operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls.
• Extensive knowledge of food, wine, spirits, cocktail programs, and elevated service standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during Club events and peak operational periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Private club, luxury hospitality, resort, or high-end lifestyle hospitality experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced beverage certifications, sommelier training, or equivalent beverage education.
• Experience with hospitality technology platforms and point-of-sale systems.

Certifications

• ServSafe Food Manager Certification.
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification.
• Additional beverage certifications preferred.
