Job summary

Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a Men’s Health Club Supervisor to oversee daily health club operations, maintain cleanliness and presentation of facilities, supervise staff, and deliver outstanding member experiences with professionalism.

The role requires supervisory experience in a private club environment, CPR/AED certification, and a focus on exemplary service. Competitive hourly pay is offered with benefits.

Qualifications

• Gender must be male (BFOQ).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One+ years of supervisory experience in private club or similar industry.
• Knowledge of the private club industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Men’s Health Club Attendants and Personal Trainers.
• Maintains a high level of member contact throughout service hours.
• Greets and acknowledges members and guests.
• Learn members names and their special preferences.
• Ensure total member and guest satisfaction during their experience.
• Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergencies.
