ChargePoint is seeking a Senior Leader for Segment Blueprint Creation and Strategic Account Management in the US. You will own segment blueprints for enterprise fleets, translate insights into product, policy and marketing inputs, and manage top-tier fleet relationships across depots and routes.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, North America, you will guide cross-functional teams through complex multi-year deals, drive growth, and shape the roadmap to accelerate commercial fleet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 10–15 years in business development, strategic account management, or strategic planning with fleet electrification exposure preferred.
• Proven track record owning and growing a portfolio of enterprise-scale accounts and driving revenue growth.

Responsabilités

• Develop segment blueprints documenting economics, procurement patterns, technical requirements and competitive positioning.
• Lead strategic account management for top-tier fleet accounts and multi-year contracts.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams on major RFPs and large bids, using blueprint data to sharpen strategy.
