Job summary

ChargePoint is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader to own and drive large, complex public charging accounts across multiple segments. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and collaborate with product, policy, and marketing to shape go-to-market strategies.

You will lead negotiations, build executive relationships, and expand pipelines while bringing deep knowledge of EV charging market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience.
12 years enterprise sales experience selling complex solutions to large organizations.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Develop segment expertise and manage pipeline across CPO & Retail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on major RFPs and large bids.
Lead negotiations and contract structuring for multi-year enterprise agreements.
