You will own production operations, drive incidents to resolution, and coordinate across Front Office, Technology, and risk groups. The role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and automation to support trading growth and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting Fixed Income, Rates, or OTC Derivatives trading businesses.
• Strong understanding of Swap trading workflows and lifecycle processing.
• Proven production support, incident management, and technology operations.
• Knowledge of market connectivity, vendor platforms, and front-office trading systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Fixed Income Rates and Swap trading platforms.
• Monitor critical production systems, interfaces, pricing feeds, and electronic trading workflows.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions after incidents.
• Coordinate onboarding and certification with trading venues, brokers, and vendors.
• Lead technology initiatives for new products and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure production readiness and release planning for new deployments.
• Communicate platform status and risks to senior management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
