Mizuho Financial Group Inc. in New York seeks an experienced Fixed Income IT Trading Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex front-office and risk technology programs centered on the Murex platform.

Qualifications

10+ years in capital markets or financial services
5+ years delivering Murex implementations/upgrades
Strong understanding of Fixed Income and OTC derivatives processing
Experience leading global technology teams and cross-functional programs
Ability to translate business requirements into Murex designs and technical specs

Responsibilities

Act as functional lead and solution architect for extending NY Murex platform to onboard a European booking entity
Manage geographically distributed teams across North America, EMEA, and vendors
Define scalable, maintainable Murex-enabled solutions aligned with enterprise standards
Lead requirements workshops, translate business processes into functional specs and delivery plans
Oversee architecture, integration design, testing, migration, and production readiness
