Job summary

Fidelity Institutional is seeking a Director of Technology and Operations Consulting to lead engagement with large intermediary clients, shaping technology solutions that support wealth management goals. You will work closely with Sales, Client Relationship Groups and internal partners to align offerings with client needs and industry trends.

Qualifications

7-10 years in wealth management, fintech or related industry experience.
BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred.
Series 7 & 63 required (pass within 90 days).
Experience supporting large, complex enterprise intermediary clients with collaboration from business partners.
Strong relationship-building and networking with peers, stakeholders and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Engage and support large intermediary clients across segments with Sales and Relationship Groups.
Design optimal technology solutions with business partners to meet client goals.
Communicate Fidelity product and technology solutions vision and roadmap to clients and prospects.
