Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Director of Technology and Operations Consulting to engage with large intermediary clients, design optimal technology solutions, and drive adoption of Fidelity's wealth-tech offerings.

You will collaborate with Sales, Client Relationship Groups, and internal partners to align technology capabilities with client growth and satisfaction goals. You should bring 7–10 years in wealth management or fintech, a BS/BA (MBA preferred), and Series 7/63.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in wealth management, fintech or related industry experience.
• Series 7 & 63 required (pass within 90 days).
• Experience guiding large enterprise intermediary clients with sales/relationship groups.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and deliver strategic technology solutions in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Engage and support large, complex intermediary clients and prospects across segments with Sales and Client Relationship Groups.
• Design optimal technology solutions and resources to help clients achieve goals.
• Communicate Fidelity product and technology solutions vision and roadmap, and gather feedback to inform strategy.
• Travel up to 30%.
