Job summary

Fireworks AI in San Mateo, CA is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to own and scale the company’s technical accounting and financial reporting function as the business grows.

You will lead technical accounting research, prepare statements and disclosures, own ASC 606/842, manage lease and data center costs, and collaborate with FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Engineering to ensure audit-ready documentation and SOX controls as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of progressive accounting experience with external reporting.
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 606/842/718; familiarity with 808 and 350-40 a plus.
