Job summary

ThriftBooks is seeking a Warehouse Lead for 1st Shift, Saturday through Wednesday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM, to lead the warehouse team and drive production goals. The role emphasizes coaching, reliability, and timely execution in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll monitor hourly KPI reports, train staff, and collaborate with the shipping and processing teams to maintain high standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory warehouse experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and meet production goals.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and goal focus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of department tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage, track, and prioritize route orders for shipping of books and/or merchandise.
• Resolve department issues, including shipping-related problems.
• Oversee Shipping staff during daily operations.
• Collaborate with Trainers on performance and address concerns.
