Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business required.
• 3–5 years of healthcare financial experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong data analysis.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite support to hospital CFO/ACFO.
• Oversee financial reports, budgets, and projections.
• Lead monthly operating review meetings.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve financial and operational performance.
• Conduct capital, ROI, and lease vs buy analyses.
• Lead financial planning activities including accounting and audits.
• Perform cost/benefit analyses and financial projections.
• Provide training on financial impact of decisions.
