Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and business operations of assigned sites of service.
• Liaise between practices, Lahey senior leadership and departments; provide guidance to achieve financial, growth and quality targets.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and revenue projections; analyze variances and implement action plans.
• Monitor metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to providers and leadership.
