Job summary

EY-Parthenon, a leader in strategic and financial diligence, seeks a Director to lead financial due diligence engagements for financial services and private equity clients. You’ll manage buy-side and sell-side projects, mentoring teams and delivering high-quality analyses.

You'll work in a hybrid model, traveling as needed and coordinating with senior stakeholders to uncover value drivers and reduce transaction risk during diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 5 years' related experience.
• Experience leading teams and delivering high-quality analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent communication, and ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical financial data.
