EY-Parthenon’s Deals – Financial Diligence – Financial Services practice is seeking a Director to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for major clients, including private equity and corporate entities. You’ll analyze historical data, assess value drivers, and supervise teams through the diligence lifecycle, advising on risk and deal structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5 years of related experience, or a graduate degree with ~4 years.
• Experience leading and managing others, ensuring high-quality analysis and timely delivery.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate large datasets into insights.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Strong written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical financial data and identify key trends.
• Discuss performance and forecast assumptions with senior management.
• Write reports outlining findings and recommendations in transactions.
