Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Director to lead and expand the Accounting and Financial Advisory Services within the Office of the CFO. The role focuses on deep U.S.

GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory expertise to advise CFOs and finance leaders on complex accounting, reporting, and transactions. Responsibilities include leading engagements on ASC topics, policy development, and remediation while mentoring teams and driving business development.

Qualifications

• CPA required; CFA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• 10+ years of accounting advisory experience in Big 4 or top-tier consulting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex advisory engagements on technical accounting topics (ASC 810, ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805).
• Advise on accounting policy development, restatements, and remediation of material weaknesses.
• Grow and mentor high-performing teams and support business development and cross-functional proposals.
