Baker Tilly US in Massachusetts is seeking a Director to lead and expand our Financial Advisory Services within the Office of the CFO Accounting Advisory practice. The role specializes in advising clients on complex technical accounting, reporting and transaction-related matters, with deep expertise in US GAAP, IFRS and regulatory frameworks.

The ideal candidate will serve CFOs, manage engagements, mentor teams, support business development, and stay abreast of evolving guidance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, business, finance or related field; Master’s preferred.
• CPA is required; CFA or similar certifications are a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting advisory, Big 4 or top-tier consulting recommended.

Mansioni

• Lead advisory engagements on complex accounting topics (ASC 810, ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805).
• Advise on accounting policy development, restatements, and remediation of material weaknesses.
• Build relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and Audit Committees; drive business development.
