Stanford Health Care is seeking a Director, Finance Shared Service and Experience to lead AskFinance operations, drive service delivery excellence, and oversee governance and performance reporting. This senior role partners with finance leaders and enabling teams to standardize processes, improve customer experience, and scale shared services in alignment with SHC priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Master's degree preferred from an accredited college or university.
• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in shared services, finance operations, or similar leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AskFinance operations, including intake and triage, case management, escalation processes, and day-to-day service delivery.
• Oversee staffing, workload balancing, and resource planning to meet service demand.
• Monitor service volumes, cycle times, backlog, quality, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Establish and monitor service levels, metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Lead governance for AskFinance, including escalation pathways and performance communication.
