Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Six or more years of progressively responsible accounting experience including technical areas such as fixed assets, lease accounting, or intercompany; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• CPA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting leadership for complex areas (capital/Fixed assets, intercompany, revenue).
• Review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations to GAAP and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and drive process improvements.
• Build reporting using analytics/BI tools to support management reporting and close analytics; explore low-code/no-code automation.
• Lead and develop staff, manage workloads, and support cross‑functional collaboration.
