Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum six years of progressive accounting experience in areas such as fixed assets, leases or intercompany.
• CPA certification is preferred for this leadership role.
• Strong Excel, analytics and BI tooling experience required.
• Ability to supervise, coach and develop accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting for capital/ fixed assets, intercompany, and revenue areas.
• Review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations to GAAP standards.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Build reporting using analytics/BI tools to support close and management decisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and implement AI-enabled solutions.
• Supervise staff, including planning, performance reviews, and training.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, legal and IT to ensure accurate reporting.
