Qualifications

• Active or ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance with SCI.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years FP&A, Finance Operations, Program Control; 5+ years management.
• Deltek Costpoint experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor teams.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and consistency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Experience with contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and program controllers.
• Partner with Sector leadership to deliver predictable financial results.
• Develop market and program forecasts and long-range plans.
• Oversee EAC, PMR, and risk mitigation across programs.
• Manage OpEx and CapEx budgets and cost controls.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Accounting on project setup and billing.
