This position is responsible for overseeing the financial, personnel, facilities, cleaning, and food service functions of the Seminary programs. It works with each program administrator of Kenrick-Glennon to meet the daily needs of the seminary, operating within an established budget. The role collaborates with the Archdiocesan Finance Office to manage payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and external audits. It also assists in preparing the Seminary budget with program administrators and staff for presentation to the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees. The position reports periodically on the Seminary budget status to the administration, staff, Archdiocesan Finance Committee, and the Board of Trustees. Appointed by the President-Rector, who is the immediate supervisor, the position also serves ex officio as a member of the Administrative Council.
