Responsibilities

• Own and lead all FP&A processes for the Supply Chain Solutions segment, including budget, long-range plan, and rolling forecasts across service lines.
• Produce and improve monthly and quarterly segment reporting (P&L, volume, revenue, gross profit, KPIs) for exec and board audiences.
• Build advanced financial models and scenario analyses for investments and operating decisions.
• Partner with segment leaders to analyze revenue, gross profit, and KPIs; identify gaps and actions.
• Support service-line integration into the segment with combined reporting and synergy tracking.

This segment represents a critical pillar of Echo's strategy to become a full supply chain solution partner for its clients. You will be the primary financial business partner to the President and senior leadership of the Supply Chain Solutions segment, leading all financial planning, analysis, and performance management activities for the business. This role requires deep commercial acumen, strong leadership, and the ability to connect financial outcomes to the operational drivers that define the segment.
