Job summary

Sanofi US is seeking a Director, Field Reporting to lead design, development, and operations of field reporting for vaccines and general medicines across US commercial teams in Cambridge, MA. You will partner with Sales Leadership and GTMC to deliver insights and enhance sales effectiveness.

The role requires 7+ years in pharmaceutical analytics, strong leadership, vendor management, and mastery of BI/AI tools. You will manage the Field Reporting Hub and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven leadership in pharmaceutical analytics or sales operations.
• Experience partnering with field teams and driving outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and operations of field reports across US Vaccines & General Medicines teams.
• Build strategies and tools using pharma data sources and BI/AI platforms for insights.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered analytics and self-service reporting to increase efficiency.
