Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. in the United States seeks a Director to lead field enablement planning and execution, driving end-to-end readiness for launches and restructures. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure the field is prepared for new initiatives at scale.

You will manage a portfolio of transformations, govern programs across senior stakeholders, and develop a high-performing team delivering sustainable field readiness and strategic process improvements.

Qualifications

• BS degree required; MS/MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales operations, sales information, sales territory design, field sales, account management, or related area.
• Proven enterprise program leadership with multi-workstream delivery and senior governance.

Responsibilities

• Set field readiness strategy and multi-year roadmaps for launches and restructures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to prepare the field for new product launches.
• Develop and execute scalable processes for field readiness and governance across senior stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies across field readiness workstreams and manage cross-functional constraints.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Associate Directors and Specialists.
