Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a commercial (sales or marketing) role.
• Proven success in managing end-to-end commercial skills training from needs assessment to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with US and Global Marketing and Market Access teams to identify and address capability needs.
• Define learning strategies for content, omnichannel engagement, digital marketing, and outcomes.
• Support Marketing Academy implementation and drive launch readiness and commercial performance.
