Job summary

Edward Jones in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Director in Field Learning to lead learning strategy across advisor-facing audiences. You will align capability development with business priorities, translate goals into scalable programs, and drive measurable behavior change and business results.

You will manage a team in a matrix environment, partner with senior leaders, and shape multi-year roadmaps to build capabilities quickly and sustainably. Travel to support campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate learning, performance, or similar role with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of change leadership, systems thinking, and integration.
• Advanced knowledge of Talent Management, Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, and modern learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year Field Learning strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead scalable learning and performance programs driving behavior change and business results.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability needs and translate objectives into investments and plans.
• Lead and develop teams with direct and matrix leadership, building organizational capabilities.
