Qualifications

• Series 7 required.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience.

• Experience with program and change management, strategic thinking and execution.
• Ability to advocate for branch and client needs amid market and firm events.
• Experience managing escalations and making risk-based decisions.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decisions.
