Amgen’s Obesity and Related Conditions Intelligence & Analytics team seeks a Director to lead field analytics, subnational insights, launch readiness, and performance drivers. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Field Leadership to translate national strategy into actionable local-market actions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 4+ years of commercial analytics or related experience OR Master’s with 8+ years of analytics OR Bachelor’s with 10+ years of analytics and related experience.
• At least 4 years of experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams, projects, or resource allocation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead field analytics strategy and establish subnational analytics and dashboards.
• Provide leadership with insights on performance drivers, opportunities, risks, and execution gaps.
• Develop analytics for field rollout and launch readiness, including KPIs and benchmarks.
