Job summary

Biogen is seeking an Associate Director of Insights & Analytics Strategy and Communication to translate data into actionable insights and craft executive-level communications. You will lead visualization, storytelling, and dashboards across therapeutic areas, influencing strategic decisions.

The role reports to the Head of Strategy & Operations, BI&O, and emphasizes partnership across matrixed teams to deliver high-impact deliverables for CEO and Board-level audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years relevant experience with a life sciences company or consulting firm supporting the healthcare industry.
• Consulting background strongly preferred.
• Excellent strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure PowerPoint deliverables.
• Excellent written and oral storytelling and communication skills, particularly distilling complex or broad topics into executive level strategic communications.
• Driven, highly self-motivated, confident, high-energy individual.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into insights and communicate them across teams to support CEO, Board & LT memos, dashboards and talking points.
• Develop data visualizations and analyses that convey complex information clearly.
• Leverage analytics tools to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Create narratives that drive business outcomes by understanding stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with I&A leads to develop data-driven presentations that showcase brand narratives.
• Benchmark and evolve capabilities across therapeutic areas and manage capability roadmap.
