Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead PEP plan audits end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Support fiduciary and investment oversight committees; ensure audit readiness.
• Oversee Nondiscrimination Testing (NDT) and payroll validation processes.
• Coordinate plan correction and QNEC calculations with process improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and fiduciary integrity across products.
