Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Director, Fiduciary Activities, DC Innovation to anchor governance and regulatory compliance for Pooled Employer Plan offerings. You will lead plan audits end-to-end and coordinate fiduciary and investment oversight committees.

You will shape testing, payroll validation, QNEC support, and 5500 preparation, partnering with Product, Operations, Legal, Risk, and external auditors to ensure fiduciary integrity across Fidelity's multi-market retirement solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep subject matter expertise in annual testing, regulatory reporting, plan audits, and defect correction.
• Ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet regulatory and audit requirements.
• Experience working with multiple projects and diverse teams to gather requirements and drive processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication to summarize complex information for SMEs and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead PEP plan audit end-to-end across functions and external auditors.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for fiduciary and investment oversight committees.
• Ensure accurate NDT oversight, payroll validation, and QNEC support.
• Oversee plan correction processes and practice improvements for scale.
