• Experience designing and delivering training programs for sales or client-facing teams.
• Ability to create scalable enablement content and train-the-trainer models.

• Proven track record coordinating across product, sales, delivery and marketing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive issuer readiness and onboard new Corporate Solutions products with FI partners.
• Lead scalable training programs for FI sales teams and partner networks.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities and ensure consistent messaging across functions.
• Collaborate with CS Sales to enable post-deal readiness and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support FI marketing and external engagement with press releases and events.
• Define KPIs and measure enablement impact across multiple issuers.
