Windward seeks a Director, Sales Engineering, US Federal to lead and scale the federal pre‑sales team. You will be the senior technical voice in high‑stakes government pursuits, building and coaching a team of Sales Engineers to match Windward's growth trajectory.

You will partner with Sales Directors and BD leadership to convert prospects across DoD, IC, and federal law enforcement, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.

Formación

• Active US TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience managing large tender bids.
• Strong understanding of geopolitical landscape.
• Experience with API integration and API-based delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the US Federal Sales Engineering team with clear role expectations and career progression.
• Own the technical side of the sales process, delivering demos, PoCs, and tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and R&D to improve customer experience and align with global standards.
• Oversee demo readiness, data integrity, and proposals for federal engagements.
