Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Director of Federal Product & Program Integration to bridge federal customer needs with our core product execution. You will partner with the Principal Product Manager (FedRAMP & DoD) to translate government requirements into clear roadmaps for engineering and product teams, while directly managing critical programs for US Federal clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technical program management, product execution, or related strategic roles.
• Proven experience operating cross-functionally and driving execution across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic product partnership with Federal PM to align demands with roadmaps.
• Translate complex federal requirements into actionable plans for product and engineering teams.
• Oversee delivery of critical programs for US Federal clients, meeting milestones on time and within scope.
• Coordinate between US Federal Sales and internal product teams to align priorities.
• Monitor program health and address FedRAMP/DoD compliance risks.
• Apply federal sector knowledge and translate regulatory needs into technical execution.
• Lead large-scale programs from conception to delivery within sales/go-to-market contexts.
• Build strong relationships with product managers, engineers, and sales executives.
• Explain complex technical constraints to sales and customers, and regulatory needs to technical teams.
