Job summary

ISI Professional Services is seeking a Director of Facilities & Engineering to drive strategy, staffing, and performance for nationwide federal programs. You will own portfolio plans, oversee contracts and budgets, and collaborate with business development and compliance teams.

Lead complex delivery across transition to steady-state, ensure quality, and maintain executive visibility through dashboards, forecasts, and risk management. Remote-friendly with DC-area site access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management, or closely related field.
• Ten+ years delivering or overseeing federal facilities, engineering, construction management, or related services.

Responsibilities

• Own F&E portfolio strategy, budgeting, and performance.
• Oversee federal contracts, task orders, and programs from start-up to closeout.
• Lead staffing, pricing, and risk management for delivery excellence.
• Engage with clients, contract officers, and partners to align expectations.
