Job summary

Clarity Innovations seeks a Director of Facilities to lead the facilities function across multiple sites, including offices, data centers, and secure spaces. You will manage day-to-day operations, safety, and readiness, aligning with business needs and mission requirements.

Responsibilities include overseeing expansion projects, budgets, and vendor relations while partnering with OneIT, Security, and Finance to ensure compliant, secure, and efficient infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance.
• 10+ years of facilities management experience in multi-site environments.
• Experience managing complex construction, renovation, or real-estate projects including secure facilities.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and vendor/contracts management.
• Knowledge of ICD-705 and NISPOM.
• Server-room, data-center, and critical-facilities infrastructure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clarity’s Facilities function and site operations.
• Plan and execute corporate offices, data centers, secure facilities and related projects.
• Manage facilities budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts; develop business cases for investments.
• Oversee space planning, occupancy, and site capacity across locations.
• Collaborate with OneIT, Security, Finance, landlords, and contractors.
• Develop SOPs, preventive-maintenance programs, asset inventories and continuity plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and regulatory requirements.
