Job summary

The Arc of Greater New Orleans is seeking a Director of Family Support Coordination to lead the FSC team, oversee audits, state compliance, CARF accreditation, and program operations. The role ensures consistency and quality across services for children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field is required.
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience required; six (6) or more years preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience providing direct recipient services or service coordination/case management
• Two (2) or more years of direct experience providing EarlySteps Family Support Coordination services preferred
• Working knowledge of EarlySteps policies, procedures, and case management requirements preferred
• Must have a valid Louisiana driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Oversee FSC department operations and ensure service quality.
• Lead FSC staff meetings and coordinate staffing.
• Ensure 40 hours of training annually for FSC staff.
• Maintain compliance with audits, CARF accreditation, and licensing requirements.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly billing processes and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR on succession planning and staffing.
• Stay informed of program changes and report to the Chief Clinical and Program Integrity Officer.
