Job summary

The Arc of Greater New Orleans seeks a Director of Family Support Coordination to lead the FSC department, ensuring regulatory compliance, audits, and CARF accreditation. This leadership role oversees staff development and program integrity for Early Steps initiatives in serving children and families.

You will collaborate with executive leadership, ensure training compliance, and guide the FSC team toward high-quality, person-centered services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience required; six (6) or more years preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience providing direct recipient services or service coordination/case management is required.
• Experience with EarlySteps policies, procedures, and case management requirements preferred.
• Must have a valid Louisiana driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Family Support Coordination (FSC) team quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead FSC staff meetings and coordinate communication with ArcGNO leadership.
• Ensure required training hours and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise the Assistant Director of FSC and collaborate on staffing and personnel matters.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, audits, CARF accreditation processes, and quality assurance activities.
• Manage the FSC portion of CARF accreditation and resurvey processes.
