Job summary

Fellowship Square Christian Care Companies in Arizona is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the overall operation of our facilities management program. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards while directing maintenance, safety, and security protocols.

The role requires reading blueprints, interpreting regulations, and coordinating with staff, residents, and external contractors to plan repairs, manage budgets, and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and other mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints; knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct overall operation of Facilities Management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and internal policies.
• Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
• Prepare reports, business correspondence, and manuals.
• Make independent decisions when warranted.
• Address issues with staff, residents, visitors, and the public.
