Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with scientific leaders to define external innovation strategy in nephrology and rare diseases.
• Identify leads and source BD opportunities aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct thorough scientific evaluations for in-licensing, acquisitions, or collaborations.
• Be a key member of the cross-functional deal team through diligence, negotiation, and integration.
• Build and maintain relationships with biopharma researchers and potential partners.
• Stay informed on industry trends to guide search strategies and evaluations.
