Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10+ years in business development, strategy, innovation, brand management, corporate development, venture investing, consulting, or related field.
• Proven ability to evaluate and develop new business, growth, or strategic opportunities; strong analytical thinking and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute New Ventures strategies aligned with growth objectives and identify external opportunities.
• Originate and evaluate new business opportunities and potential investments or acquisitions; build business cases and due diligence.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams through the deal lifecycle: exploration, recommendation, negotiation, and execution; maintain external ecosystem relationships.
