Qualifications

• Master's degree (in any field).
• Six years of related progressive full-time experience OR Bachelor's + eight years in experiential learning or related area.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, and partners.
• Commitment to experiential learning and student success.
• Ability to connect study programs with world/career readiness.
• Commitment to inclusive access for diverse student groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of facilitating groups.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement programs, workshops, and events promoting undergraduate experiential learning.
• Oversee pathways among introductory and advanced experiential opportunities and internships.
• Lead cross-functional groups and committees supporting experiential learning at OSU.
• Administer URSA Engage and Learn by Doing programs with equitable access.
• Develop assessment practices to track student engagement and access.
• Support campus events showcasing undergraduate research and other experiential formats.
• Coordinate outreach to faculty, staff, advisors, students, alumni, and partners to expand opportunities.
