Job summary

THE·TEAM seeks a Director of Client Services to lead the experiential team, overseeing project delivery from brief to execution. This leader will advise clients, provide strategic direction, and help grow the business while managing one direct report with plans to expand the team.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in experiential, sports, or culture, strong leadership, and a passion for creator activations. A background in multi-million dollar programs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant agency experience in experiential, sports, entertainment, or culture.
• Experience delivering large scale integrated projects from concept through execution.
• Experience supporting end-to-end creator and influencer activations, including on-site experiences.
• Strong leadership, mentorship and team-building abilities.
• Deep understanding of experiential marketing and creator-led activations.
• Ability to manage budgets across large and small programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a client services team, starting with 1 direct report and scaling with demand.
• Mentor and develop talent, building career paths and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive strategic thinking and develop integrated experiential solutions that align to campaign objectives.
• Oversee multiple accounts and projects for quality, consistency, and delivery.
