Agency: PHd Job Function: Strategy and Planning Job Subfunction: Strategy Job Description: We are looking for a strategic, curious, and highly collaborative Director of Experience Planning to help build and scale a modern practice across our global markets. This role sits at the intersection of consumer understanding, business strategy, audience intelligence, and activation.
We will translate complex business challenges into clear consumer-facing opportunities, develop experience strategies that travel across markets, and work alongside in-market teams to turn strategy into action. This is a role for someone who moves fluidly between big-picture strategic thinking and the granular details required to make the strategy real—someone who can see the system, create the plan, and help teams land it.
You are a strategic thinker who makes things happen. You are naturally curious about people and culture, but you don’t stop at understanding the consumer—you want to know what that understanding means for the business, and what the business can actually do about it. You can walk into an ambiguous problem, find the signal, formulate a strategic point of view, and bring people along with you. You are comfortable presenting to executive leaders and working through the weeds of a localized market plan the next. You don’t need to own the room to lead it. Energized by working across disciplines and geographies, you know that the strongest strategy is only as good as its ability to make a difference in the real world. Ultimately, you are excited by the opportunity to build the discipline while doing the work—challenging existing approaches and continuously making experience planning smarter, simpler, and more useful.
