Responsibilities

• Partner with finance, supply chain, procurement, and HR to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Promote governance, standardization, and reduced customization for sustainability.
• Establish service delivery, performance metrics, and support models.
• Provide financial stewardship, vendor oversight, and investment recommendations.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing ERP team and manage change adoption.
• Ensure ERP solutions comply with architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance.
